You can find the tax tables file in the following locations:

Accounting Plus, AccountRight, Premier (Windows)

Use the browse button above to go to your MYOB® folder
Select the pay2myob.bin file

AccountEdge (OS X)

Use Finder to go to Applications/MYOB AccountEdge folder
Right (or Control) click AccountEdge and select Show Package Contents (see example)
Browse to Contents/Resources/TaxTables
Copy the desired tax file to your desktop
Use the browse button above to select the tax file on your desktop
